These terms explain the conditions for using PicLever tools and content, and the rights and responsibilities of the operator and users.
1. Operator and scope
Jeong_by (individual operator) operates PicLever, providing image, PDF, video conversion, QR and barcode tools and related content for free. There are currently no general user accounts or paid checkout features.
2. Requirements and file management
Tools run in your browser. Supported features and results depend on file format and size, browser support and device capability. Keep your original files and download your results. Closing or reloading a page may discard work.
3. Rights in files and content
Existing rights in source files and results remain with their respective rights holders. Using a tool does not transfer ownership or copyright to PicLever. Users must have the permissions needed to process files and use the results, including copyright and image rights. Site articles, design, logos and software remain subject to their respective rights and licenses.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully or infringe others’ rights. We may restrict malware distribution, unauthorized access, bypassing security controls and excessive requests that disrupt the service.
5. Results and limitations
Compression, conversion and resizing can affect quality and file properties. AI enlargement may produce details different from the original and does not guarantee recovery of missing information. PDF conversion may affect fonts, layout or searchable text. Test QR codes and barcodes before use. Barcode generation does not issue product identifiers or verify registrations.
6. Service changes and interruptions
Features may change or become temporarily unavailable for improvements, security checks or incident response. We will provide advance notice of material changes where practicable; urgent security or incident measures may be explained afterwards.
7. Privacy, advertising and external links
Our privacy policy describes data handling. If advertising is introduced, we will provide relevant disclosures and required choices. External services have their own terms and policies; review them when following a link. Privacy policy
8. Responsibility and disputes
We work to keep the service reliable and correct errors, but cannot guarantee successful processing of every file or suitability for every purpose. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Contact us to discuss service issues. 9. Updates and contact
